PLEASE NOTE: Online merchandise may not be returned or exchanged at any of our retail stores. Similarly, merchandise purchased in our retail stores may not be returned or exchanged online. Items marked 'final sale' in the product description, are not eligible to refund, exchange, or store credit. This includes all items in our 'sale' section.
Please keep in mind that some of the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in colour for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and are safe to use for the duration of their 12-month shelf-life.

Shipping Policy
Shipping within Canada:
All items ordered and paid for will ship within 3 business days.
Orders placed after 2:00pm PST on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed 1-2 business days from the following Monday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once shipped, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping. *We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
International Shipping:
We do not ship internationally at this time - subscribe to the lucid newsletter to be notified as soon as we do!

Return|Exchange Policy
When you're happy, we're happy!
As a small business we do not accept returns at this time, but we do offer exchanges and returns for store credit within 14 days of receiving your package. All shipping costs for exchanges and returns for store credit are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. Returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused - with all original tags and packaging.
Notification for EU consumers:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Lucid Lainy reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
SHIPPING:
Please contact us prior to returning any items and obtain return instructions from our support staff.
Wrong Address: If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our studio. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our studio and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
